First things first:
In accordance with our endeavours to reduce our impact on this wonderful planet, we reuse and recycle packaging wherever possible. But please be assured that your parcel will always be beautifully presented.

Free Standard UK Delivery on all orders over £50.00
We do our very best to make sure that all online orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt. However, we are a very small, independent business and this may take a little longer during our busy times.
Handmade orders may also take a little longer, especially if you have ordered multiples of any single item.
If you require your order to be delivered within a more specific time frame, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will do our very best to meet your requirements.
Non Mainland UK and Overseas Delivery costs and times will vary. Please get in touch with us by phone or email if you require this service.
Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or delayed during transit.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
When your parcel arrives, we hope you love all of your purchases.
However, if you are not completely satisfied, please send your return to us within 14 days, in an unused condition and with the original packaging. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund to the value of the goods returned.
Sadly we are unable to refund your postage costs unless the item you have purchased is damaged or faulty, or if we have made an error.
In the event that you wish to return a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days. We recommend that you retain proof of posting as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or delayed in transit. All refunds will be made within 7 days following our receipt of returned goods. Replacement goods will also be dispatched within this time frame.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or refunds on personalised or bespoke items.
